Bridge Leadership

The model of servant leadership that Jesus demonstrated was so effective for His disciples that our desire is to emulate His example. Whilst our team provides vision, direction, teaching, discipleship and inspiration, we are also here to serve individual vision and dreams.

Leadership

Alun & Donna Leppitt

The call on his life to ‘light fires’ and ‘ignite hearts’ to a passionate intimacy with God is at the core of Alun’s life and values. He has a pastoral heart and is a very gifted and inspirational worship leader.  As well as leading worship in Bridge and other events around the world he spends his time training and developing worship leaders, musicians and singers.  Having already produced a number of studio worship albums he has just released a new live album featuring the Bridge Band. entitled King of the Nations This was recorded at the Tabernacle of David conference in the US and at UK events. For more details on his music ministry please check out the website – www.ordinarymanmusic.com.

Hospitality is a vibrant part of Bridge life and Alun & Donna’s house is often busy with midweek small groups, the young adults and people visiting. They love to have people round and they are a generous host.

Donna is a remarkable woman of God, powerfully prophetic and a trained counsellor. Her heart is to draw people into a deeper intimacy with our loving heavenly Dad, to see the supernatural become natural inside and outside the church, and encourage the body of Christ that all the ‘little old me’s’ can do the work of God. Donna leads the Bridge Healing Prayer Centre, as well as ministering at the Southampton Healing Rooms and has many testimonies of God’s supernatural intervention in people’s lives.

She is a competent illustrator and has produced much of her own work to use in the kids ministries she has run. She used to work for a well known bank and still gets her hands dirty in advising folk about their accounts.

Bridge has a gifted and experienced team of pastoral leaders who look after home-groups and is developing and raising up new leaders within the growing church.
