Kingdom Culture & Leadership Development
This course runs through the year and each month we will explore one of 10 Kingdom Cultures. It has been inspired by the Leadership Development Program (LDP1) from Global Legacy – a ministry of Bethel Church in Redding California.
Aim & Content
The aim of KCLD is to create a sustainable revival culture within our organisations that empowers and activates us to fulfil our kingdom assignment. We will look at core values and leadership skills that can transform the way we do church, run charities or even do business.
Each month there will be an interactive teaching evening and we will supply thought provoking action plans and resources to encourage and inspire you. There are also suggested reading assignments and some additional listening materials.

KCLD runs on the last Monday of the month(*exceptions below) throughout the year at Emmanuel Church in Shirley.
We will gather at 7.30pm for Tea & Coffee and to help build and grow relationships.
